Hopefully none of this is needed. But just in case — here's the plan.

Photographer/Videographer: Contact Melody immediately. Call Daniel (8202 7282) or Charis – Perfect Statement (9023 1229) directly.

Florist: Aileen & Chon Hei to call Hua Florist (9438 5907) directly.

Solemniser: Amala to call Mr Chiang Heng Liang (9684 6260). Delay ceremony up to 15 mins — inform Melody.
Schedule Delays
Tea Ceremony runs long: Melody flags at 11:25 AM. Hard stop at 11:30 AM.

Ceremony runs long: Amala liaises with Solemniser. Inform kitchen to hold first course.

First Look delayed: Melody holds guests at registration. Michelle & Charis (Sister) prevent anyone entering restaurant.

General buffer: ~10 min grace at each milestone.
Guest Management
Very early guests: Hold at registration — do not allow entry to the pool area or restaurant until First Look is complete.

Late guests (during March-in): Hold at door until March-in is complete.

Angbao box: Always with Charis (Sister). If unsure, check with her.
AV & Set-up Issues
AV problems: Calvin to escalate to hotel AV staff & Ruth (9658 7143) immediately.

Floral issues: Aileen & Chon Hei to liaise with Hua Florist directly.

Room not ready: Melody to escalate to Ruth at Andaz.
Photographer & Videographer Meals
Daniel and Charis (Perfect Statement) may require a crew meal. Confirm before the wedding day and pre-arrange with Ruth if needed.
